How to Measure Your TVTV Lift Cabinet FAQ

How to Measure Your TV

Ensure the TV you purchase will fit inside your new TheaterLift Cabinet with these directions for TV Lift Cabinet Measuring! This is important because most TV manufacturers advertise the diagonal measurement of the screen. If your TV is advertised as a 20 inch, it may measure less than that in width.
First measure the depth of the TV as shown in the picture to the right. That is, measure from the extreme front of the TV to the extreme back of the TV. Don't include the measurement of any TV stand attached to the TV.
Next, measure the width of your TV from side to side as shown in the picture to the left
Now measure the height of your TV by measuring from the extreme top of the TV to the extreme bottom of the TV as shown in the picture to the right
Now you should have the correct measurement of the TV.

52" TheaterLift Cabinets will house a flat panel TV no more than 53" W x 30" H x 8" D.

42" TheaterLift Cabinets will house a flat panel TV no more than 49" W x 29" H x 8" D.

Bedroom Lift Cabinets will house a flat panel TV no more than 38" W x 28" H x 7" D.
